Return Policy

Within 15 days of receiving your order, you may return, at your expense, any item except gas, electrical, or special order parts. Any part returned must be in a new and in an uninstalled condition. We will refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge on all parts accepted for return. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If we've made a cataloging error, we will refund 100% of the purchase price, including the shipping and handling charges. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to orders.pw@daytonapplianceparts.com. Please include your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of your request. We reserve the right to deny any return that fails to meet our requirements.
